Phone was in great condition. Shipping was fast. And most importantly the phone works/activated without any trouble.
EDIT:
After a some time with the phone, we noticed that the voice mail didn't work correctly. It turns out this phone isn't a proper Verizon phone.
EDIT 2: Seller offered a refund, but I ended up giving it to a relative to use. Very happy for the offered refund
