The seller found an issue with the specific phone that was listed, which I had ordered. The seller was prompt in letting me know that they would have to hold back the phone from the sale but did offer me a replacement phone of the same quality (although in a different color).

- We do not ship internationally nor to any US territories. We may ship certain devices with “Signature Required Upon Delivery” at our discretion.

Return & Refund Policies

- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.
- Warranty only applies as long as the device is in the US. This does not cover physical damage or any user mishandling that affects the usage of the device.
- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
