Sold broken product and took Almost 3 weeks to get a refund and had to get Swappa involved
Initially received a phone with broken fingerprint reader. After confirming with local Samsung repair shop, seller quickly sent a return label for exchange. Phone was exchange, with the replacement shipped quickly after the original was received by them. Replacement phone works great.

- We do not ship internationally nor to any US territories. We may ship certain devices with “Signature Required Upon Delivery” at our discretion.

Return & Refund Policies

- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
