The phone matched the picture and description as presented on Swappa. My order was made over the weekend and the 1st UPS attempt was Tuesday. - We do not ship internationally nor to any US territories. We may ship certain devices with “Signature Required Upon Delivery” at our discretion.

Return & Refund Policies
- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.

- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.
