Sold broken product and took Almost 3 weeks to get a refund and had to get Swappa involved

Initially received a phone with broken fingerprint reader. After confirming with local Samsung repair shop, seller quickly sent a return label for exchange. Phone was exchange, with the replacement shipped quickly after the original was received by them. Replacement phone works great.

5 Stars. Received the phone today. So far it is as advertised. Mint condition and working well. There are very difficult to see, a few small scratch marks but since this is not a brand new phone, it is fine. Appreciate the great service and it appears to be a great phone. Mahalo again.
