We received the phone in perfect timing and in great condition. As promised we are having a problem with it sending picture messages in mms. We talked to our phone provider and they said it has to be something with the phone. Can you help us with this to fix this issue? Other that that we are very satisfied with this sell. The phone is indeed in "good" condition. There's a couple of divots in the back through the top layer of the plastic which is a bit more than I expected from "minor" wear and tear, but the screen seems perfect.

The device came with some Verizon software installed, a random Verizon SIM card (and phone number attached to it) and it was updated to Android 12 (I would assume that it'd be on Android 11 if a factory refresh was preformed). My USB cables kept falling out until I cleaned out a ton of packed in lint from the port, really had to dig at it to remove it, it was impressive. Seems like some more QA was needed, was a bit annoyed at having to go through additional janitoring.

Nice phone, good deal; surprised that I had to reset the phone to clear date, but that was easy.

The Macbook arrived defective, I updated the operating system and the next day, I no longer wanted to turn on, it remained in a loop system where it only restarted, I took it to the mac and they told me that it was probably the battery
