Communication and shipping were excellent for the sale. The return was strictly as noted in their profile. The only hiccup was their inability to receive packages during the early hours of what most businesses utilize for a workday, that being said it took about a week for them to collect my return. Once the return was collected, they processed the paperwork very quickly. All in all I’d say it was an excellent experience. The return was on me as I didn’t understand the limitations associated with the model he chose. Happy I was able to return it.

Phone had a high and unusual amount of crud in all the holes and crevices: bottom lightning port and speaker holes, side silence switch (could hardly even see the red or black at the bottom, only brown), front top slit for ear speaker, and around the base of all the lenses. Only visible on close inspection, and I've never seen this level of gunk on any other used phone — looked at a couple of 7 and 8 yr old phones here for comparison, nothing noticeable. Took about 30 minutes to clean out with soft toothbrush, microfiber cloths, fingernails, toothpick, even a sharp metal pick at times. Looks great now.
