The phone is everything as advertised. All I had to do was pop a sim card in it and viola!

Looks good, works fine. Minimal scratches.

The phone ended up having a mic issue but everything about the transaction was quick and fast. Because it went so well, I just purchased a different phone to try it again.

I looked around to buy a galaxy s7, I found some of the best prices on Swappa. I found a mint condition s7 for $250 BOOM score!
OC was quick to process the sale and send me the device. When I first received the device I was very pleased with the condition and their promptness. The device had not had a factory reset done on it, I wouldn't remove a star for that because it's so easy and simple to do my self and not a huge deal.
I had been using my new phone for about and week and I realized it had done over 15 system updates and still kept doing them, this strikes me as odd. I also began to realized the phone was running slower (I believe the problems were connected). I sent a message to OC and they kindly offered to pay the shipping to have it sent back and looked at. I was very impressed and grateful for the offer but in the end I chose to return the phone. They quickly gave me a full refund for the phone+shipping. 3 stars for the product but a 4.5 for customer service.

Works great, less than half the price it would have cost me at the store, and arrived much sooner than expected. Thank you so much!

Device was in excellent quality. The screen had no cracks and the phone arrived in perfect condition. Everything was in great condition and was just like new. Very happy with the phone and the price
