The phone, an iPhone 6S Plus, unfortunately had a non-functional microphone, but OSW was extremely responsive in communicating with me, sending me a mailing label for the return, and issuing the refund. Not having the phone is a bit of a bummer, of course, but good customer service during a problem means a whole lot to me, especially on this kind of website.

Everyone can sell you something. When a transaction goes every way but right. That's when great seller really shines. Although my purchase didn't go thru as planned. Seller did everything to right all the wrong. Never was anything a issue. This is how I would have handled it if I was the seller. There's no worries buying from him. Thank you. Will buy again at no hesitation!!

OC Supply Wholesale did a great job, the item was shipped in less than 24 hours, and it arrived in the mint condition shape as advertised. It is working great. The only wrinkle was that USPS said it would arrive on Monday, but it missed its deadline and it arrived at Noon Tuesday. Not bad but as I live alone I had to stay at home all day Monday and Tuesday morning to sign for the delivery...but this was an USPS issue and not one caused by OC Supply Wholesale.
