Bad customer service, defective phone.

"BUYER'S BEWARE"!!! SELLER SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE PHONE,AND REFUSED TO SEND RETURN LABEL!!!TRIED TO IMPOSE RESTOCK FEE,ETC.OPENED BUYER'S PROTECTION CASE WITH PAYPAL!!!NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!"BUYER'S BEWARE"!!!

I purchased an iPhone 7 Which came on time and looked as described. As soon as I plugged the phone in however, it immediately began to heat up. After a few minutes of use, Simply trying to set it up the devise casing was so hot I thought it might spontaneously combust so I immediately turned it off and contacted the seller. Unfortunately they are now telling me there is nothing wrong with the phone and if I want to return it it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. At this point I feel absolutely frustrated and scammed. Buyer beware when dealing with this seller.

Shipping took almost a week longer than estimated because seller covered the destination address which then got torn off.

Edit [7-5-2018] - the battery on this phone is defective. Meaning I will be either purchasing a new phone or a new battery in the very near future. Not very nice to send someone a phone with a battery that won't hold a charge. I left the rating a two star because the phone is in decent condition.

Phone arrived as advertised. Shipping was a nightmare because of requiring a signature at delivery; I wish I had known about that prior. I won't dock a star for that though.
