I appreciated the fast shipping by seller and then the email to indicate the reason for shipping delay (due to USPS). The phone is exactly as described but I am waiting for a SIM card to be able to use it. I think it's exactly what I wanted in size. Thanks.

The seller did a great job of prepping it to ship within hours of the sale. Thanks to the Great Winter Freeze of 2021, USPS took weeks to deliver. No fault of the seller, who did a great job of communicating throughout. The phone was just as described. I would buy another phone from this seller.

Cancellations due to an incorrect shipping address are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Standard shipping is free via USPS First-Class mail 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30
UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day) - $50

Return & Refund Policies

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
