I received the item as described. However it’s not the same phone that I ordered. I had ordered iphone xs in space gray with BH of 97%. The item I received is in gold color with 93% BH. Nonetheless I am satisfied with the purchase and would like to keep it. I recommend this seller.

I ordered a phone marked "Mint Pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear," but the product arrived with light scratches. I'm assuming it was an oversight. It's most logical to take the loss in this case. The ratings aren't terrible so I may roll the dice with this seller in the future considering people aren't machines. Nonetheless, I'll need to think about it.

I received the IPhone X promptly and in beautiful condition. Unfortunately after using it for several days I experienced what is called “ghost touch” on my phone which is something that is usually seen after extended use so during normal refurbishing wouldn’t be found. Amber was very quick to get back to my email and said they didn’t have a replacement at this time so they would give me a full refund. I would definitely purchase from them again as their customer service was excellent.
