The phone was exactly as described! I bought it on Sunday, it shipped Monday and I had the phone by Wednesday. It came with tracking info and the phone was packaged well. The phone came in a small Manila envelope that was bubble wrapped; that envelope was put in a small box with padding and that box was placed in a plastic bubble wrapped fedex envelope. I’m glad it was packed like this since it rained a little bit the day of delivery (phone was perfectly fine thanks to the packaging). This was my first purchase on Swappa and I’m very happy. 10/10 recommend this seller. I was also pleasantly surprised that the phone came with a charger and the small tool that helps you insert the SIM card. I tested everything in the Swappa checklist and phone diagnostic that the seller included. Everything is fully functioning.

Phone looks to be in described condition, and shipping was fast. Though, thanks to FedEx, it was at first misdelivered to the wrong address so caused some panic and arrived a day later than expected. This was not the sellers fault, but the carriers.

Phone works great as intended, but there were very small scuff/scratches on the lower part of the hinge. Not a deal breaker, but also not as advertised. Photos on the listing were curated well enough not to show that. Otherwise, the phone works great, so we're keeping it, but I expect more transparency for your customers in future listings.
