The phone is in excellent physical condition, a little burn in on the screen only noticeable on white backgrounds. The reason for neutral instead of positive is that I ordered the phone in black but received a blue one, and the Samsung Knox was tripped and comes up with a notification every hour or so (not a big deal as I plan on rooting anyway), and the battery barely lasts 6 hours.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
