Phone works great and is just as described; near mint condition. Super fast shipping. However, the charger that was sent doesn't work on the phone. No big deal as I have many chargers, but I will be letting them know. Over all quite pleased with my order.

When I got this phone I noticed the screen was extremely burnt in. At that point I thought I would deal. But I kept getting a notification that wouldn't go away that unauthorized actions had been taken. Then I get a message from the Samsung + app telling me my phone had been rooted. Not only that but I had been getting a ton of annoying pop up ads. Not just in a browser or app just simply on the main screen all the time. I tried to contact them and at first they responded. Then for two days they didn't respond at all and I had to get PayPal involved. Now I have returned the phone it has been a week and I still haven't gotten my money back. They never answer their phone either might as well take it down from customer view. Extremely disappointed with this seller would not recommend.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
