Received e-mail from seller that a mix-up happened and the exact phone was not shipped as advertised by condition. He offered to completely refund or let me keep the one delivered with a $10 refund. I accepted to keep this one as it appeared in good condition but have not received my credit or heard a response from the seller.

Edit: The seller contacted me and issued the $10 refund as agreed. I appreciate him staying true to his offer. Updating to positive rating. Thanks!

Phone arrived in mint condition as advertised, however the charger included was in poor condition at best (ink all over, bent cable, smelled horribly of cigarette smoke). The seller sent out another charger in better condition after contacted.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.
