I had a bit of trouble with the shipping, but that was due to USPS. MyteCell was absolutely incredible with their customer service. I received direct and accurate answers to my questions, and they were very timely in responding (normally within about ten minutes!). Even though they couldn't directly help with USPS's inconsistent service, they guided me in the appropriate direction and they were always willing to help. I would highly recommend doing business with them, and I'll be looking to them for future purchases. :)

Ordered my Samsung Galaxy S4 on a Wednesday and by Friday it had arrived. I had no problems ordering this phone or receiving it. This is a Mint condition phone as specified and I am truly happy with my purchase and experience with Mytecell. I did use Paypal just to ensure no problems but there were none. I would use this company again.

Came with the charger and battery. I love that it comes unlocked. Once I got it, I took it straight to MetroPCS and now i get great service. No problems with the phone at all! thanks man!

So far so good. The seller shipped the item quickly and was received in 3 days. Provided USPS shipping info by e-mail so I could track it myself. I have powered on the phone and made calls. The condition is just as described, it is in good condition. Some minor scratches on the screen and a dent with scrapes on a corner. Nothing a good case cant fix. I feel i got a good deal and will do business with again. My battery dies pretty quickly but I dont know if this is from a poor battery or just from me doing various updates and installing apps. Overall, I would make a purchase from them again and highly recommend. My phone was not the one pictured but came very close. An original samsung charger was even included. It appears new too. 10/10
