We were unable to complete the transaction because there was a financial commitment remaining on the phone. The supplier was quick to process the order and deliver the phone. Also, they paid for mailing it back to them and refunding the full price of the phone. Responded to emails and provided answers to my questions.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only.
