I ordered a T-mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 5 in White. I received the phone fairly quickly...but then the problems started. See below timeline.

4/10/16 - Contacted Seller because the phone was blocked by T-Mobile and I couldn't use all of the features on it. They offered a replacement and sent it out fairly quickly
4/14/16 - Received replacement. It turned out to be an AT&T version even though in my previous email with support I specifically told them that I want the T-Mobile version. They told me that they no longer have the T-mobile version in stock and my order has to be canceled.
4/20/16 - Order was cancelled and the AT&T device was shipped back.
5/3/16 - I finally received my refund after going back and forth with them a few times. Apparently it takes them almost 2 weeks to process a refund.

Overall I was not happy with my experience. I didn't expect this from a reputable seller. Will never buy from them again. Waste of my time.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST.
