Everything works the way it's supposed to. Item arrived in great condition. Only problem was USPS their tracking system totally blows but this is no fault to the seller. Thanks for a great transaction.

Phone is good. Works perfect, but the battery is horrble. It took me about 30 minutes of charging to finally to get it to turn on. it has died on me already a couple times on or around 10 percent. Other than the battery it was as described.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only.
