I am fairly pleased with the product. For the most part it works well. There does seem to be some glitches though. My phone calls cut in and out a little more than I like. And it was a little more beat up than told.

I received everything as purchased. I did expect an owners Manuel and a way to access the warranty info but I didn't receive that. The phone though is in near mint condition and great.

The phone was in the advertised condition and works great. I would just caution about paying for the expedited shipping. I paid an extra $25 and it came in the same amount of time as normal shipping.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
