Phone was in better condition than advertised, arrived extremely fast, and service was responsive and helpful. I could not be happier with the phone or the service.

However, a year later, I sideloaded Android 7 with ADB. Although the phone was sold as "unlocked", the phone presented me with a network unlock request and was basically locked. Attempting to get an unlock code from AT&T was refused with a message stating the phone was still under contract and payments needed to be made. This cost me $20 to unlock the phone. Be weary in any case of performing any system upgrades on any phone from Swappa, you may be forced to bite a bullet.

I was very satisfied with not only the speed with which I received the phone, but the condition was exactly as advertised (rare for me) and works as i'd expected. Well done.
