The phone sent was in a real good condition with the original packaging. However the listing clearly mentioned unlocked phone and what I received was a locked phone to Verizon. The return process was quite smooth. So I am willing to think it was a oversight

The device sent was defective. Seller was very active in resolving the issue and ultimately issued a refund in a timely fashion. My only complaint is their quality control.

I have only had the phone for a day, however, I am pleased with my purchase!!! The listing said "Good" condition, but I'd argue that it's excellent condition. Only one flaw I could see. The phone seems to be running just fine. I hope it stays that way! I am so glad I found Swappa and that there are legitimate sellers that...so far...you can trust. Thanks so much!

Phone came as advertised; condition was as it stated in the ad. I was able to easily add the phone to my plan without any problems.
