I received my phone yesterday for the most part it works, but it fails to be able to recognize wifi, so I cannot use the wifi, I have made contact about this and they are sending another out already and I have shipped it back. They stick to their guarantee which is awesome! Hope this one is good to go!

Had to return an earlier purchase because the previous phone was not able to connect to the WiFi. Seller responded promptly and sent out another phone right away. The replacement phone works great for a used device. Some light scuffs as advertised but otherwise in good working order!

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies
