Ordered the phone late on the 4th, paid for Express shipping (1 day), got a priority (2 day) tracking number instead. Seller was great about refunding the $20 I paid for the express shipping. Didn't receive the phone until the 10th. It was probably a USPS screw up, but I'm still rating this as a neutral experience.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies
