High value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please use a shipping address where you are able to receive deliveries during business hours. RealTechNow takes great care packaging our, but if your item arrives damaged please hold the item and packaging and contact us immediately. We will only ship to the address that appears on your receipt, so please make sure this is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to make changes to your order once the shipment has been processed in our facility. If your shipment is refused or otherwise returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost.
