I received the phone in great condition and in a timely manner, but the charging cable to the phone would not work right out of the box. The USB end is actually bent and the case around it is cracked. I made it clear that the cable wasn't working and the seller told me that they will *try* to get a replacement out to me ASAP. After almost three weeks after the original sale and 2 weeks after the seller saying they will send one out to me, I still haven't received replacement cable, which has made me go out of my way to share a cord that I luckily had in the house until I got my own.

Return & Refund Policies

We allow for returns within 14days of purchase for any functionality related issues (ie. IMEI status, screen responsiveness, Wifi, buttons, and phone/battery not accepting a full charge) Return period begins upon delivery of item.
