A few little scratches (not on screen) which are to be expected with a used phone. Would have given it 4*s if the phone had been cleaned before it was sent. Had to take an alcohol swab to clean the gunk off the buttons, speakers, and usb port. Would have given 5*s if it had been shipped in a more timely manner.

Shipping Policies

Devices are shipped by USPS First Class Mail with 2-4 delivery nationwide. All of our items are shipped within 24 ours upon purchase.

We operate Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm eastern time.

Return & Refund Policies

We allow for returns within 14days of purchase for any functionality related issues (ie. IMEI status, screen responsiveness, Wifi, buttons, and phone/battery not accepting a full charge) Return period begins upon delivery of item. In the case of a return, item must be returned in original condition and accompanied with all items originally received.
