The company sent me a phone with extreme screen burn and wasn't able to send me the phone I paid for. Customer service was also slow to get back to me at times and forgot to send me a return label the first time.

Do NOT buy from this seller! Worst experience I've encountered on this website. The phone I ordered was supposed to be unlocked, however, it was not. The seller then told me he could submit a request to have it unlocked and that it should take no more than three days. A week went by before he would get back to me with any information. I had the phone for almost 2.5 weeks and it still wasn't unlocked! He stopped responding to my emails in a timely manner, and I eventually requested a refund. It wasn't until I reported him to Swappa that he began to respond to emails quickly. Even then, I encountered problems receiving the appropriate return shipping label. I eventually received my refund, however, the hassle he put me through was ridiculous. I would suggest avoiding this seller at all cost. Not only did I receive a phone that was different than what I purchased, he didn't care to resolve the problem until Swappa got involved. Save yourself the headache and order from someone else.

Phone in pristine condition, couldn't ask for quicker shipping. Would buy from this seller again in a heartbeat.

Phone was shipped with a defective screen. Luckily the phone was under warranty and Apple was able to resolve the issue by replacing the device.

Arrived fast and in good condition fully functional.
