I do my best to have every phone thoroughly tested. Mistakes happen though, but I appreciate every single customer I get. Not all repairs are completed by me, sometimes I have to use a local repair shop in my area.

Offer 30 Day Warranty for Defective items.
If the device is received with physical damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can communicate with our insurance provider. Any damage caused by the customer is not covered by under warranty.
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days from the time a device is delivered back to me, have to physically receive the device first before your refund will be processed.
Must be returned the same way device was received.
