They sent the incorrect laptop. When I told them I was having issues they told me to send it back. It cost me $50 to ship. When they received it they said that I sent a different laptop that was not the one they sent me then kept arguing with me that is was my fault and I was the one trying to scam their business. Communication was horrible. At no point did they listen. They eventually (after filing a complaint with PayPal) realized their mistake and gave me a refund and $30 of the $50 shipping. Overall horrible unprofessional people.

Not sure why you kept a usename and password still on the computer even though you provided the password. Tried to factory reset and the OS got deleted. Now its been a nightmare trying to figure this out. You should ship your items with a factory reset so your customers know they aren't getting a laptop with extra malware on it. I don't appreciate the laptop not being ready to start up on a clean slate.

If the item has issues, good luck with this seller. I bought an unlocked iPad failed to activate (checked at apple and carrier stores separately), item not as described. then seller fought me to try and make me pay return fees (I didn’t, swappa sided with me which is justified) and dragged their feet with the refund. At first wanted me to mail it back out of my pocket so they could "make sure it doesn't work". Very sketchy business practices and long response times. One of the worst sellers I’ve dealt with over years of buying online. Own up to your mistakes and just refund bad items.

Responsive seller, fast shipment. Confusion when product arrived regarding a logged in account vs. factory reset machine. There was an iCloud account already attached to the machine, but it was removed once we put in a ticket. Thanks

This is used. Probably lightly used based on the very minor scratches on the bottom in the back of the phone. But still used. This phone was advertised as new, and I will not look past dishonesty. Avoid.

Seller sold a tab that can not be used because it is permanently locked by an app company. Ridiculous that the seller did not mention this tablet is an tablet built with an app meant for another company. This tablet can not be used, can not be unlocked and waste of fund. I would like to know what can be done about it

Bought Apple Watch. Never was able to get it to work correctly. Wouldn’t notice it being on my wrist. Followed all the online steps to fix it. Reached out multiple times to seller with very little help or care.

Seller scammed us. Sent us a phone that was severly not as described in multiple ways. Did not attempt to help or return the phone and fought paypal so we could not get a refund.

Screen was not original
Back glass was incredibly damaged
Rear camera lens was replaced and not installed properly ruining water seal
Screen was separating from phone
Frame was bent

Not the same phone that was pictured in listing and NOT in good condition

Buyer beware. This seller sold a phone which turned out to be locked by the carrier and reported as stolen. To his credit (and the only positive thing he did) he contacted me to inform me of the phone’s issues and offered a full refund and return shipping to be paid. It was extremely poor communication as he demanded the phone back. Upon return, he did refund the price of the phone but never the shipping costs. He never offered to replace the phone, an apology, or assistance of any sort. In fact, he acted as if he were the one being inconvenienced by the whole process. Shady “business” practices at best. Buyer beware as I would not recommend.
