Mint phone arrived with a scratch. The rest of the phone was in great condition. Phone arrived promptly.

Matt sent out the phone in no time and it arrived very quickly. However, for some reason Straight Talk had an issue and said they couldn't use the phone. I reached out to Matt and explained the situation, and while we're both a little confused as to what Straight Talk's problem was, he was more than willing to accept a return and get the situation straightened out. Phone is now back in his hands and money back in my account. Super easy!

Got home this morning and opened up my package to a nice new phone for me.
