Shipping Policies


Orders received Mon - Fri by 12pm CST will ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 2-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.

IMPORTANT: PayPal policies require sellers to only ship the orders to the address provided to us by Swappa/PayPal during checkout. PLEASE make sure your address is correct before you order. IF ANY CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE TO THE ADDRESS, THE ORDER WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED AND REPURCHASED WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION. Due to a recent PayPal policy change, order cancellations will result in a non-refundable PayPal fee charge of ARE SUBJECT TO A 3.49%+$0.49 FEE FOR DOMESTIC PAYMENTS AND 5% FOR INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS.

We ship the same or next business day after purchasing first class via USPS. Express shipping is UPS Next Day Air Saver, but please note if your address is a PO Box, we can only use USPS Priority Express.

Return & Refund Policies


WE OFFER WARRANTY ON ALL OF OUR ITEMS. We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the item is defective or not as described.
Buyer will pay for return shipping. Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 20% restocking fee + initial shipping cost. IN THE EVENT THE DEVICE RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. ANY UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS DONE AFTER THE DEVICE IS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION FROM THE SELLER WILL VOID ANY WARRANTY. IN THE EVENT WE DO NOT HAVE A REPLACEMENT IN STOCK, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition. Please inspect the device as soon as you receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 14-day return window. A restocking fee may apply to returns for a refund. If you have changed your mind and wish to return the phone or cancel your order, this is considered buyer’s remorse and we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund. This allows us to cover shipping costs and fees. You must contact us for approval and return details.

Before you return a phone, you must log out of all accounts, iCloud and Apple ID, turn off find my iPhone, and remove all passwords, face id/touch id, and passcode. Then factory reset and power off the device. PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. If we are unable to unlock the phone, we will not be able to process your return.
Please securely package the phone to prevent damage during shipping. The returned phone must be the same one that was sent to you, and it must be returned in the same condition. If the device is returned damaged, we may deduct up to 50% from your refund, as the phone’s value will be degraded.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.
