The product is fine and working, the issue I have is with the ship times and the packaging.

I ordered and paid for the ipad 10th Gen on 11/9 at around 12pm, the package did not get shipped until the following wednesday 11/15. I attempted to contact seller as to why the package was not shipping and it took them 2 days to respond to my questions. The item was then sent using Parcel Select Service USPS, the slowest form of shipping, and i was not given another option to try to expedite the shipment.

The package then took an additional 5 days to arrive to my address, shipping from Los Angeles to Milwaukee. Upon checking the item i see that a very small amount of bubble package was used to protect in the Ipad. Thus allowing the Ipad to resting upon the cardboard of the box while inside and not upon the bubble wrap that was used to ship the item

Finally, the Item seems to be working fine upon inspection, order from here if you are fine with a slow ship time and slower communication
