I canceled a sale from them immediately after ordering it (I realized I bought the wrong product) and didn’t hear back for about 3 weeks, even after messaging them repeatedly. Finally Swappa got in touch with KHEM and they saw my order. Instead of reading my messages they just sent the order I canceled. I was able to return the product at no expense and they issued a refund, which I appreciate, but this all could have been avoided if they just read there messages.
