Do not buy from this seller, you will wait days if not weeks waiting for them to ship, only for them to reach out with some excuse about the original item being damaged and offering to send one different than originally ordered. Stay away. Very suspicious and malicious seller.

Shipping took twice as long (crisscrossed the country twice) and didn't get a response from the seller.

Sent a mispaired set of Airpods to me (1 of the earpieces didn't belong with the case) so that earpiece would not pair with my iphone. Asked for a refund and returned the item, then seller refused to issue refund and accused me of sending him a different pair of airpods then the one sent to me. If buying from this seller, be sure to take pics of all serial numbers on the items sent to you since his record keeping is sketchy to say the least.

Not replying for any questions

I canceled a sale from them immediately after ordering it (I realized I bought the wrong product) and didn’t hear back for about 3 weeks, even after messaging them repeatedly. Finally Swappa got in touch with KHEM and they saw my order. Instead of reading my messages they just sent the order I canceled. I was able to return the product at no expense and they issued a refund, which I appreciate, but this all could have been avoided if they just read there messages.

Watch inoperable in only a matter of months. Sent to Samsung for repair and they claimed there was water damage existing. Funny, since i was always careful to remove it before water exposure. Which means i was sold a faulty watch that is not covered by Samsung.

Mint condition indicates that a watch band would be included. The package did not include a band.

Exactly as described works great. Shipped and arrived quickly.

Initially all seemed well with this sale. But recently I turned the phone on to find it had been disabled due to reported lost or stolen, or failure to make payment on a contract or to fulfill terms of a trade-in. I now have a very expensive brick and the seller has not responded to inquiries over the past week.
