I received a completely different laptop than described. The Mac was from Mid-2012 (not 2013) and only came with 4GBs of RAM instead of 8gb. I had to follow up several times to get a return label. The seller was responsive and promised to get me a label to return it but then the promised date would pass and I would have to follow up again. Once I got a label, returned it, and saw it was delivered I followed up 3 business days later on my refund since I hadn't seen it. After following up, seller initiated refund. Should not have to follow up this much for a return. Disappointing.
