The seller didn't ship the phone and then made it difficult to get my money back. They claim their Stripe account was "under review" but didn't provide any evidence or proof.

Let me start off by saying that I take responsibility for not reporting phone issues with the seller sooner.
I’ve been on business travel and was unable to, due to work.
I am unsatisfied with the phone, however. It dies quickly and takes a while to charge. What’s the point in having a newer IPhone with lots of features, but it never seems to stay charged long enough to use it?

As others have commented, the phone was in worse condition than described, had a replaced screen, and was glitchy. The seller did provide a quick response and refund was seamless.

Very quick response, There was a minor issue and it was quickly resolved. I will definitley purchase from this seller in the future.
