We purchased a phone that was listed in good condition for our daughter who lives on the other coast from us. She said she thought there was some issues with the phone but she would keep trying to get it to work right. It finally died just outside of the 30 day warranty. Apple store said it was not worth repairing. We contacted the seller and explained the situation thinking that they might want to help us out in some way and make our bad experience somewhat positive (discount on another actual "good condition" phone maybe?) Their repones was this phone is out of warranty and your out of luck. Considering this experience and their response I would not buy from them again. You do you but I would strongly suggest you stay away from this vender. Also, CCed Swappa on our messages to the the vender and they never reached out either. Disappointing.

All orders placed by 2:00 PM Wisconsin Time are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

Important Notice for Hawaii and Alaska:
Shipping rates for Hawaii and Alaska differ from the standard $15 rate.

RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

• 30-Day Return Policy: You may return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after this period.
• Condition of Returns: The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
• Defective Devices: If your device has a functional defect, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify under our warranty. After this period, the warranty will not apply.
• Replacement Option: In the event of a confirmed defect, we will be happy to suggest a replacement device as the preferred solution.
• Restocking Fee: Returns for non-defective items, or cases where the buyer chooses not to accept a warranty replacement, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Order Cancellations: Any order canceled before shipping will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
