Photos actually looked a bit worse than device turned out to be (scratches in aluminum were more superficial than appeared). Seller shipped same day as purchase, item received was in total working condition.

If I could rate lower than 1 I would. Seller advertised that the device he/she was selling was 32gb when it wasnt. poor poor communication. I would send the phone back If I wasn't concerned that I would not recieve my money / would have other types of hassles and issues with this person. Do not trust their posts as he false advertises.

Jake is an honorable seller who I would have no problem doing business with again, despite the fact that our transaction did not work out. He issued a refund after the device I received was not able to activate the way I expected.

Slightly delayed replies and shipping, mainly because of the holiday weekend. Replies were detailed and good. Overall, I would recommend the user to others.

Phone looked better in person than it did in the picture. Shipping did seem like it took a while. (Specially since Im about an hour away from the phones destination.) Phone was packaged way better than expected, very, very well protected. Definitely pleased with the order and seller.
