The phone itself was as advertised and shipped quickly. However, I was upset to find a LG charger enclosed rather than the Motorola fast charger that comes with the phone. I was under the impression that it came with "the charger" rather than "a charger". I later found a note under the accessories section that did specify "non-fast charger included".
