Phone is in good shape, matches the description. Shipping was really slow, took ten days from order to arrival (Chicago > Cleveland - not that far).

Item received. Few small scratches on the screen that I didn't expect but it's still in good condition.

Received the phone in working condition

Device has screen burn in and also a dot. Sometimes Data servicesgoes away on the phone

The seller was often slow in communication and the phone bought was not as described. However I did return the phone for a full refund and the seller as well as Swappa staff were easy to work with.

Back plate defective

Seller sent a different product than advertised, but worked to fix his mistake.

Phone came as described. Reason for 3 stars is fast shipping doesn't mean 6 days, and no charger cord with it.
