The seller was unresponsive when resolving a charger with wires exposed. It took more than a week for a resolution. Great price, but not satisfied with the customer service.

This phone was described s as fair so I was not expecting anything too great but because the battery has such horrible life it probably should have been listed as the lower in my opinion
