My device came with a cracked screen.

Wasn't charged at all, and charger wasn't original so it took many hours to charge up.

7.22 please respond to my email and calls on how to fix the missing camera. This was not mentioned in the description, sale states in good condition.

Device was not as described....

Computer came without windows, boots only to GNU menu. Created a usb drive to boot windows but does not accept touchscreen input on language selection menu. Product did not come with keyboard, cannot make bluetooth connection from boot menu and only USB port is consumed by boot drive.

Was informed after purchase that "there is no entry scan at my drop off location", and was unable to track package, or confirm that it was dropped off. Package arrived almost three weeks after payment.

I bought a laptop that was listed as mint. When I received it, the laptop turned on and immediately froze. It wouldn’t restart no matter what I tried. I tried to contact the seller, but still haven’t received a reply. Forewarning to anyone buying from them - it’s been a terrible experience for me

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Phone arrived with significant scratches and scuff marks that look like they were made with sandpaper. None of these defects were in the photos or description. When I brought it up the seller was very unhelpful. Any working phone with significant cosmetic damage he will list as Good condition and claim that it's not his problem because he didn't list it as Mint condition.

Hands down the worst experience I have had with any online retailer. Seller listed item as mint and arrive with multiple scratches under the screen protector. Seller refused a refund and Swappa did nothing to resolve the situation. Would never, under any circumstance, recommend this seller for anything.

Got a refurbished ipad 6 with a remote management program installed in it! Communication with seller impossible, took forever each time to get a reply, finally almost a month later got a refund through Paypal dispute center, never received return shipping cost refund! Never provided me return shipping label, i had to pay for return costs!

Seller is listing this item incorrectly sold me a Verizon model Pixel 3 XL when he listed it as a Google Edition so if this matters to you avoid this buyer.
