Communication was poor. I reached out to the seller but it took the staff reaching out to get a response. The phone is in great condition, but it’s really dirty. I spent a lot of time cleaning out dead skin/dirt from the buttons and around the camera and speaker holes. I would think that when I spent almost 500 dollars on a device that it would at least be wiped down properly but I guess this is the swappa standard? Overall satisfied with the device but definitely not the process. Not really sure if I’d be willing to use this site again. I may spend an extra hundred with Amazon but at least I know it would be clean.

Returns are accepted only if the device arrives significantly not as described or is found to have a verified functional issue that was not disclosed in the listing. Buyers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any problems.

Devices must be returned in the same condition received, with no new damage, locks, account issues, or removed parts. Returns may be denied for devices that show signs of misuse, tampering, accidental damage, software modification, or unpaid balances added after delivery.

Refunds are processed only after the returned device has been received and fully inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

For security purposes, all serial numbers and device identifiers are recorded prior to shipment.
