Phone had a terrible screen. Returned it. Seller received it on April 19th. After 6 days, I reached out. They said the refund would be scheduled that day. It wasn't. After additional messages from me, the seller claimed they scheduled the refund. I received nothing. I continued to message. Then I had to file a request with Paypal's refund system. It was only after this extended procedure did I receive my refund, 23 days after the seller had received the phone. Would not recommend this seller to anyone.

Returns are accepted only if the device arrives significantly not as described or is found to have a verified functional issue that was not disclosed in the listing. Buyers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any problems.
Devices must be returned in the same condition received, with no new damage, locks, account issues, or removed parts. Returns may be denied for devices that show signs of misuse, tampering, accidental damage, software modification, or unpaid balances added after delivery.
Refunds are processed only after the returned device has been received and fully inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
For security purposes, all serial numbers and device identifiers are recorded prior to shipment.
