The phone was exactly as described. It was shipped the same day I ordered it. Very happy with the whole process.
Just what I needed!
When requesting a return within the return period, 2 weeks from delivery, seller replied “why didn’t you mention anything until now?”. Not a service response I expected from a seller describing themselves as “We are a corporate seller with hundreds of positive reviews on Swappa”. The phone was damaged at our own hands before the process went further. It would have been interesting to see if they honored their own return policy. Not a negative review just not the best customer service in my experience.
