Phone was not as advertised. People could not hear me on calls when used on regular phone mode (only heard me on headphone jack or speaker modes). Item was listed as "Good" & "tested 100% fully functional".
Seller did not provide a return label and then resisted refunding return shipping, even after shipped. Only begrudgingly agreed to do so after repeated involvement by swappa staff pointing to policies & seller's responsibility, threats of paypal involvement, & seller attempting to renegotiate policies for partial payment of return shipping.
Throughout, communication with seller was difficult. Seller often replied only after Swappa staff involvement.
Ultimately refunded all monies, after much involvement by swappa staff throughout.
Do not recommend seller based on my experience. Too much unnecessary aggravation & waste of time, due to their mistake & also their repeated attempts to avoid their responsibilities as per swappa policies.
