Got the phone and it works great. Damage/wear and tear was very minimal. Just a few light scratches on the screen and honestly I'd probably have created those on a new phone in no time. Saved 200 bucks buying from Swappa!
Edit after about 1 month: the screen began lifting at the bottom. A few drops of super glue fixed the issue.
Edit 2: Super glue fixed the screen lifting issue for only a few weeks. After normal use, the screen popped off worse than ever. I've been using it with the screen lifted 2-3mm for many months now. Not very happy with this purchase anymore.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
