The device arrived in condition listed. Everything on it works great. The phone came with the box, chord, wall brick, headphones and usb to usb-c converter. Everything works except the headphones have no audio in one ear. I don't really care because I prefer my bluetooth headphones and wasn't planning to switch to ones with a chord. That tells me that they probably weren't physically tested by someone, which I prefer! As a germphobe I'd rather have them not work than worn by someone else first. Overall satisfied with my experience.
This seller was easy to work with. I would definitely buy from them again. The phone was perfect.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
