BUYER BEWARE:The phone worked very well for a month or so. When it was time for an update the phone locked me out. I took it to a local repair shop and they advised me there was a problem with Knox security and to send it back to the seller.
Surprise surprise the warranty department found a mysterious crack on the back and just automatically sent it back claiming warranty is defective....? So now I am stuck with a $477 paper weight. GM deals just citing the warranty info with no regard to the consumer.
As far as I am concerned they are selling bogus phones and finding ways to keep the money by citing warranty when the consumer has an issue with their phone's security issues.
Pretty sad. Please find another company to buy from. Let my troubles help you.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
